We offer organisations coaching and mentoring for both individuals and teams working together to identify what is working well and where improvements can be made.
Our coaching and mentoring strategies are designed to provide a flexible, ‘on the job’ resource for personnel performing safety-related duties, including investigations. While there will be a high focus on providing mentoring for investigations, our consultants will provide coaching on other key safety processes to enable organisational learning.
Our flexible approach allows us to deliver coaching and mentoring using a mixture of face-to-face, telephone, and video conferencing. We take a mix and match approach to ensure our availability when you need it.
